The recived mail do not show the eropean time correct 7:30 is in the morning -should have been 19:30

2.1.3beta is available for you to download in the "Pre-Release Builds" secion of the downloads area.

Some of the new language strings have only been translated to English, and we have not updated our documentation yet, so if you have a question regarding anything, please let me know.

I'm not able to install the new 2.1.3 beta version.
I have uninstalled the previous version, but when trying to install the beta version... - it say's:
Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.
