Select the Configuration Button

Select the Restaurant Tab. (See image Below)

Restaurant Name:
Enter your Restaurant Name.

Demo Mode:
Set value to YES to honor your visitors privacy and hide their e-mail addresses from other "registered" users while they evaluateTableBoss. Thiis includes all areas of the Reservation Desk, including Reports. Set to NO to allow them to appear.

Enable Arrival Feature:
Set value to Yes if you want more robust tracking of table activity through the Reservation Desk. This feature introduces multiple states for a table.? Multiple colors represent the different states as follows:

In addition to the basic Red (Reserved) and Green (Available) tables, Orange indicates that the reservation has begun however the party has not physically arrived, Blue indicates a reservation that will start within the 'Look Ahead' time period.

Set the value to No to disable this feature.

Enable Session Timeout:
Set value to Yes if you want to enforce a policy to track who makes reservations from the reservation desk. This will enable an automatic session timeout after a spcecified time period (See next parameter). The reservation manager will need to login to make changes in the reservation desk. Set value to No to disable this feature.

Session Timeout:
This time value is specified in minutes, or some decimal fraction of minutes and is only used if Session Timout is enabled.

Average Dinner Dining Length:

Average Lunch Dining Length:
Specify average duration of the Lunch meal.

Average Dinner Dining Length:
Specify average duration of the Dinner meal.

Minutes Before Last Lunch Reservation:
Specify the time in minutes, from lunch service end, for the last reservation.

Minutes Before Last Dinner Reservation:
Specify the time in minutes, from dinner service end, for the last reservation.

Timezone:
Select your Time Zone from the dropdown to adjust the TableBoss clock.

Online Reservation Buffer:
Specify a time period from the drop down menu provided. This buffer allows the restaurant to contol the earliest time to accept a reservation from the 'current time' from the reservation wizard.

For example if you want to make sure you have all online wizard reservations in hand at the end of today for tomorrow, set the buffer to one day.

Restaurant Description:
Add a description for the restaurant. It is not displayed anywhere at this point so it is totally optional.
